Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead our technical team, focusing on operational efficiency and team development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in AI, Data Science, and Engineering, with extensive experience in applying these fields to solve complex problems and enhance business processes. This role requires significant interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring our technical solutions exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the Solutions Engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Act as a senior technical liaison among Production, Product, and Engineering teams to steer the product roadmap based on market insights and customer needs.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions for large-scale data management and analysis, incorporating AI and machine learning techniques.
- Oversee technical aspects of projects, working closely with Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Generate and analyze comprehensive reports for stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven solutions.
- Champion the automation of processes and the adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Design and manage executive-level dashboards for strategic project tracking and decision-making.
- Offer high-level technical consultations as a trusted advisor to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Establish best practices in project execution and process documentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience and proficiency in AWS and AWS Quicksight for cloud solutions and data visualization.
- Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Science applications.
- Proven track record in testing methodologies and quality assurance in software and platform development.
- Demonstrated experience in building scalable platforms and understanding the architectural complexities involved.
- Proficient in UI design principles, ensuring intuitive and effective user interactions.
- Minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role with a focus on AI, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated capability in managing customer-facing and executive-level dashboards.
- Previous experience in startups is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

- Advanced coding skills in Python, JavaScript, and familiarity with database management and web development technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong inclination towards process improvement and technological adoption.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages and experience with AI-driven language processing tools are advantageous.
