We are building a team of freelance annotators for an ongoing Response Correctness Annotation (IDEAS) Project in English (EN-US).

In this first phase, you will work in English to get familiar with the tasks and workflow. Once the Spanish batch is launched, selected annotators will be among the first invited to join the core Spanish team. This might be a long term project.

Your main responsibility is to evaluate user queries and system-generated responses, assessing their accuracy, clarity, and quality. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications:

• High fluency in English (mandatory for initial phase)

• High fluency in Spanish (required for future expansion)

• Strong fact-checking and research skills

• Annotation experience is a plus

• Successful completion of a short qualifying test

Responsibilities:

• Commit at least 4 hours per day (flexible schedule; you can split your hours)

• Participate in training sessions

• Follow project guidelines and meet deadlines

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in your work
