What You’ll Own

• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok.

• Maintain TrustScale’s bold brand voice and visual identity.

• Produce short-form videos, graphics, and messaging.

• Monitor engagement, respond, and keep our platforms active.

• Spot trends and turn them into opportunities.

• Collaborate with global teams (EU, US, APAC).

• Improve workflows and propose new creative directions.

You’ll have real impact and real creative space — with global visibility.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in social media content + management (tech/agency a plus).

• Strong English — you write clearly and natively for social channels.

• Confident creating content without a detailed brief.

• Proficiency with Canva/Adobe + video editing tools.

• Ability to turn complex ideas (AI, data, tech) into simple messages.

• Ownership mindset: you solve problems without waiting or blaming.

• Calm, structured, reliable — especially when priorities shift.

Bonus: past experience with B2B, SaaS, AI, or global brands.
