About the Role

We are building a global, distributed talent supply system and are looking for someone to help structure how it operates at scale.

This role focuses on systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making—not recruiting execution. You will support TA team and SVP by helping define how supply flows, model trade-offs, and improve how decisions are made across cost, quality, and speed.

What You’ll Do

• Structure how supply decisions are made across:

  • cost

  • quality

  • throughput

  • availability

• Build simple models to support pricing, quoting, and supply planning

• Translate operational data into decision-ready insights and trade-offs

• Design and improve scalable supply workflows

• Identify manual bottlenecks and drive automation and system improvements

• Define and improve:

  • vendor pool readiness

  • selection logic

  • qualification logic

• Identify supply gaps and propose ways to expand marketplace coverage

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years in:

  • Supply Ops/ Marketplace Ops

• Strong systems thinker with focus on scalability and efficiency

• Comfortable building models and structuring decisions from incomplete data

• Able to challenge assumptions and communicate trade-offs clearly

• Operates well in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

• Hands-on, but capable of thinking beyond execution

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed workforce or marketplace environments

• Exposure to automation tools or system integrations

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar)
