About the Role
We are building a global, distributed talent supply system and are looking for someone to help structure how it operates at scale.
This role focuses on systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making—not recruiting execution. You will support TA team and SVP by helping define how supply flows, model trade-offs, and improve how decisions are made across cost, quality, and speed.
Structure how supply decisions are made across:
cost
quality
throughput
availability
Build simple models to support pricing, quoting, and supply planning
Translate operational data into decision-ready insights and trade-offs
Design and improve scalable supply workflows
Identify manual bottlenecks and drive automation and system improvements
Define and improve:
vendor pool readiness
selection logic
qualification logic
Identify supply gaps and propose ways to expand marketplace coverage
4–7 years in:
Supply Ops/ Marketplace Ops
Strong systems thinker with focus on scalability and efficiency
Comfortable building models and structuring decisions from incomplete data
Able to challenge assumptions and communicate trade-offs clearly
Operates well in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Hands-on, but capable of thinking beyond execution
Experience with distributed workforce or marketplace environments
Exposure to automation tools or system integrations
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar)
You’ll work directly on building and scaling a system that impacts cost, quality, and delivery—moving from manual operations to automation and structured decision-making.
