Director of Growth

Director of Growth


TrustScale’s Director of Growth will be responsible for worldwide revenue growth by ‘putting the
trust in AI’ via its value propositions for AI makers, shapers and end-users. The position reports
directly to the CEO and works at the intersection of sales, marketing, partners and product-led
growth features and functionality to deliver profitable topline growth. This role partners with
executive leadership to define and execute growth strategies that accelerate sales cycles,
strengthen market positioning, improve customer and channel alliances and accelerate revenue
growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Execute Growth

  • Develop, own and lead the operational execution of TrustScale’s end-to-end growth strategy and tactics across the entire portfolio of weapons.

Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor products and activities, and customer insights to inform growth strategy and positioning.

Product Marketing Management

  • Protect and steward the company and product-level branding (logos, fonts, colors, tag lines), ICPs, messaging, positioning and CTAs to ensure consistency across internal and external channels and initiatives.
  • Ensure that all tactical themes are coordinated strategically in sequence and across channels.

Customers as Fans

  • Partner with the product team to amaze customers with fluid and joyful journeys.
  • Success for this responsibility is defined as creating a large audience of fans, which includes a) repeat users, b) who love the product, and c) evangelize the value to others.

Collaborate

  • Cross-functional operator aligning product, operations and growth by managing the growth investment mix (across marketing, partners, and sales execution).

Measure Growth

  • Set and report on objective and qualitative performance metrics weekly, monthly
  • and quarterly to the executive team and CEO.

Tools

  • Own a smart, AI-powered GTM operational infrastructure ensuring processes, systems, data flows and reporting are streamlined and safe for high-growth scalability.

Orchestrate for Growth Rate & ROI

  • Marketing: Maximize our growth and its ROI by coordinating a high-cadence tactical execution of growth initiatives including events, awards, PR, industry analysts, paid campaign (retargeting, influencer, paid placement, newsletters, etc.), social media, and advisors. Monitor campaign performance, acquisition metrics, and customer insights to continuously optimize growth efforts.
  • Partners: Manage established channel alliance and strategic partner programs to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
  • Sales Motions: Direct a SDR-as-a-Service capability to build and scale sales motion to numerous drive qualified leads that turn into paying customers, preferably at scale in an unassisted product journey.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 15+ years of experience in growth with an emphasis in marketing and
product-led growth.
Proven executive functioning and collaboration skills
Desire to own, build and will a company to industry leading growth
Budget responsibility: Experience directly managing budgets to invest intelligently and
maximize cross-functional ROI.
Technical Proficiency: Deep marketing, sales and customer success technology
expertise.
Mindset: Highly analytical with an experimental mindset—you look at the data first,
collaborate deeply second, and optimize constantly.
