Director of Growth
TrustScale’s Director of Growth will be responsible for worldwide revenue growth by ‘putting the
trust in AI’ via its value propositions for AI makers, shapers and end-users. The position reports
directly to the CEO and works at the intersection of sales, marketing, partners and product-led
growth features and functionality to deliver profitable topline growth. This role partners with
executive leadership to define and execute growth strategies that accelerate sales cycles,
strengthen market positioning, improve customer and channel alliances and accelerate revenue
growth.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 15+ years of experience in growth with an emphasis in marketing and
product-led growth.
Proven executive functioning and collaboration skills
Desire to own, build and will a company to industry leading growth
Budget responsibility: Experience directly managing budgets to invest intelligently and
maximize cross-functional ROI.
Technical Proficiency: Deep marketing, sales and customer success technology
expertise.
Mindset: Highly analytical with an experimental mindset—you look at the data first,
collaborate deeply second, and optimize constantly.
